Slyck.com at CES 2010
viva...VIVA!

Viva Las Vegas! Slyck.com is taking time out of our busy lives in New York City to visit Las Vegas for CES 2010. After a day of Friday travel, and providing we're sober Saturday morning, reporting on all the many new technologies and concepts that are of particular importance to file-sharers will begin. We're looking forward to seeing the latest home entertainment gear, storage media, and mobile devices. Basically anything and everything that file-sharers love.

Some of the more interesting new technologies, as reported by the New York Times, is auto-based internet. Although this technology appears to be limited to new cars, we're very fascinated to know whether aftermarket implementation is on the way. We're pretty sure that ubiquitous automotive based internet will spell the end of satellite radio.

Other than wander around the Las Vegas convention center, we're planning to visit several companies: Sony, Microsoft, the EFF, Ford, and Woot. But we'd love to know where we should branch out from there. Check out the Exhibitor Directory and let us know what products or companies you'd like us to report on.

See you in Vegas.
